  • Terminalia chebula, Brown(Halela Kabuli) : Halela Kabuli is very good for digestive system and well known as a colon cleanser.It is also very good source for vitamin C, iron, slenium and copper.It is beneficial in irregular fever,piles,Ulcers and flatulence.
  • Terminalia belerica (Bahera) : It is very beneficial in respiratory tract infection, sore throat, and cough. 
  • Emblica officinalis (Amla) : Amla is the rich source of Vitamin C and its juice make you younger.It is beneficial for Hail,Skin,Burn extra fat,good for heart and ulcers. 
  • Terminalia chebula, Black (Halela Siah) : It is having anti bacterial and  anti inflammatory property.It is cardio protective, liver protective, and renal protective. 
  • Ipomoea turpethum (Nisoth) :
  • Foeniculum vulgare (Saunf)
